![]() That being said, It's a good game, but if you haven't gotten into this series yet I'd stay away until you can get the entire franchise heavily discounted, as buying TWW3 without any of the previous content would feel like a really hollow game. Access to the chaos dwarf army (which is present in the base game) costs almost what I think would be fair for this entire 3rd instalment! These guides have been designed to show the best way that I personally have found to start each campaign. Not only that, but this glorified DLC, has DLC which is hideously overpriced. These guides are intended to provide a step-by-step outline of the first 10 turns for each faction in the Mortal Empires campaign on Legendary campaign and Normal battle difficulty. Same units, same mechanics, same loading screen art. I started a Lizardman campaign and it's literally exactly the same. 1 genuine new faction, and the other 2 are just fleshed out factions already in TWW2.Ĥ) some balance tweaks (to magic and some unit stat) Here's basically what you get for your full priced TWW3:Ģ) A new campaign mode (as we got in 1 and 2)ģ) 3 new factions. When 2 came out, it felt like an upgrade over 1, with substancial changes to the maps, engine armies and cities. The reason for my negative review is that TWW3 is really just a very expensive DLC for TWW2. ![]() ![]() I'm going to do something I rarely do and give this game a negative review even though I like it and will continue to play it. ![]()
